Roeding Group Companies was established in 1921. For over 80 years Roeding Group Companies (RGC) has met the insurance needs of their clients in a fast, fair and efficient manner. Roeding Group Companies is comprised of 63 individuals working for the purpose of providing excellent insurance benefits to its clients, and sound up-front underwriting by our marketing staff. Our main office is in Crestview Hills in Northern Kentucky. Our close proximity to the Greater Cincinnati International Airport and downtown Cincinnati is a convenient geographical area for our clients. RGC has an additional location in Lexington, Kentucky that covers the central, eastern and western areas of the state. Roeding Insurance is the original basis of RGC. Roeding Insurance is comprised of two areas, Personal Insurance and Commercial Insurance.Roeding Insurance, Commercial Lines is broken down into distinct areas of sales and service. On the production side we have nine producers dedicated to commercial insurance sales. The combined experience of the production staff is well over 100 years. The primary focus of the production staff is to prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with our current clients. Service is left for the service staff, and for this reason we have seen our new business sales double in volume in the last half of 2003 over the first half.
Because of the high specialization of personnel in the commercial lines area we have seen substantial growth in new business, but more importantly, a high degree of satisfaction among our clients. This satisfaction explains our ability to retain over 93% of our clients over the past five years running.
Roeding Insurance, Personal Lines takes an innovative approach to taking care of our clients needs. Personal Lines has a reputation as a leader in automation and innovation in servicing their clients. The streamline approach is one reason the personal lines area has retained 95% or better of their clients over the past several years. Corporate Benefit Services
Corporate Benefit Services is an area of concentration within RGC that primarily provides employee benefits insurance products to our clients.Corporate Benefit Services (CBS) provides group health, life, disability and other benefit products. CBS is comprised of five sales people and a service staff of four that are available to meet your benefit insurance needs. Our area of operation is the greater Cincinnati area from Dayton, Ohio in the north, to the state of Kentucky to the south.
Financial Design Associates
Financial Design Associates is an area of RGC that works with clients in financial planning, mutual fund investments, and life insurance through Multi-Financial Securities Corporation. Financial Design Associates (FDA), through Multi-Financial Securities Corporation, works with clients all across the USA meeting the needs of our clients in 401(k) and pension plans as well.
